Polyester Sticker Labels are one of the more durable label and cost economical.
Polyester label is very durable, and it is highly resistant to a number of factors and elements. Generally Polyester label is used in various industrial applications due to its long life. Polyester label is the most rugged of materials you can use and due base product construction, it is best for very extreme environments. Applications involving outdoor use, harsh conditions, or involve exposure to chemicals, will be best served by polyester labels.
Polyester sticker type being resistant to various temperatures (from cold to hot), resistant to wet and dry environments, and even resistant to various chemicals as well. This makes Polyester label ideal for use in many things – from product labeling, to machine name plate labeling, to warning and instructional sticker use etc.
Polyester is expensive than paper so it really should only be used when polypropylene or paper will not hold up. Polyester label can be used on products, on equipment, on containers that carry automotive components, electronics, chemicals, and on many other things. You can have these labels cut into custom made label sizes from small size for the labeling of items as small as test tubes or injection/vials, or crafted into bigger labeling that can be used on heavy equipment and tools.
Permanent
Most labels use an acrylic permanent adhesive that is great for smooth, clean surfaces. Once this adhesive fully bonds to the surface it will be difficult to remove and in the process you will either destroy the label itself or leave a fair amount of residue at the very least. Permanent adhesive works well on paper, wood, glass, plastic, and some metals. There are plenty of adhesive combination available to meet various industrial application.

Polyester Labels are much more durable than paper labels and have the particular benefit of being waterproof. They can be used in both indoor and outdoor environments, where they may be exposed and are excellent for use as long lasting or tracking labels. General purpose Polyester labels are coated with Hotmelt adhesives which can withstand max of 70 degree C.
Special grade Polyester labels are designed for various application from Aero Space to Automobile, Electronics to Engineering etc. It offers superior tear strength, heat and chemical resistance. Complete with permanent adhesive that features high initial tack to most high and medium surface energy substrates, you can be confident these labels will last whether used for product and property identification, Asset tags, or Durable / White goods labeling.
Labels can be stored up to one year when stored at +72°F and at 50% relative humidity.
Where it is vitally important that the information on a label should remain completely legible and firmly in place for as long as possible, even if the item is moved around or handled a lot.
However, polyester and polyethylene labels are also more expensive materials than paper and are not available in as wide a range of label sizes as our paper labels; while the most popular sizes are available to order for same day despatch from stock. Some sizes are only available as “made to order” items, which have a despatch estimate of up to four to five working days.
