Paramount representing Polyonics® in India and offers polyimide and aluminum bar codetag and label materials for inventory tracking in metal processing factories. This allows metal manufacturers the flexibility to either apply the labels directly to or hang the tags from their coils, rolls, bars, sheets, rebar, tubes, wire bundles, etc., directly as they leave their furnaces. The durability of the thermal transfer printed tags and labels allows manufacturers to accurately control their inventories from when the materials leave the furnace through to delivery to their customers.

Our thermal transfer printable barcode tag and label materials include durable print surfaces designed specifically for the unique requirements of tracking hot materials in the metals processing industry. The barcode tags are available in a 5 mil white polyimide and a 9 mil white paper laminate with high tear resistance. They offer single and double-sided print surfaces, varying levels of gloss and operational temperatures of 212 °F to 752 °F (100 °C to 400 °C). The label materials include polyimide films and aluminum foils with aggressive, high temperature pressure sensitive acrylic adhesives and ultra-high temperate, aggressive silicone adhesives.
